Engagement with feedback measurement methods 参与反馈量表

量表简介：

Perceptions about participants' cognitive involvement with the instructor feedback. Engagement with feedback subscale. A demographics questionnaire, a feedback perception survey, and open-ended questions were used. The demographics questionnaire included items to obtain information about participants' age, gender, ethnicity, number of online courses taken previously, and the modality of feedback received in previous online courses. The feedback perception survey included 18 Likert-type items on a five-point scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree), gauging participants' perceptions of the instructor feedback with regards to feedback quality (4 items), presentation of feedback (3 items), engagement with feedback (4 items), feeling of social presence (4 items), and instructor's communication style (3 items). The feedback quality and instructor's communication style items were adapted from the two subscales of the Feedback Environment Scale (FES) by (Steelman, Levy, & Snell, 2004). For the purpose of this study, the words “supervisor” and “job performance” in the original FES were replaced with the words “instructor” and “course assignments,” respectively.
